Tuesday 1 January
It was a beautiful day today - cold but clear; not a cloud in the sky. Daisy and I took the opportunity to get her some practice on her new scooter in the courtyard of the cottage we're staying in for New Year. What started out as scooter practice turned into a mini-photo session :).
Wednesday 2 January
So apparently Daisy didn't get the memo about making her New Year's Resolution to LOOK AT THE CAMERA! Oh well. I guess she also didn't pay any attention when I said 'Don't spill your milk down your t-shirt...'
Thursday 3 January
We left our New Year cottage today at 07:00, dropped Jon in Oxford then Daisy and I drove home, arriving just after 09:00. Daisy had travelled in her pyjamas and when I suggested she put some clothes on at around 10:00, she declined. I figured we weren't going out anywhere today so we could have a duvet day. Here's her new favourite Mickey-Mouse-watching position.
Friday 4 January
We went to Crackerjacks today, the new soft play place I found out about before Christmas that's walking distance from our house. I didn't take any photos of her in the play area because it was much busier than when we'd been before and I didn't want to risk incurring the wrath of other parents by having their kids in the background. Instead, here's Daisy waiting for her fish fingers. I think if she were capable of drumming her fingers on the table, she would have :).

Hark at you, Sally Neal!
ReplyDeleteYou've inspired me to try and write a bit every day for the coming year, so far so good, with only a week behind me. I'm not even going to attempt a photo a day though! Still not as good at Blogger layout as you are, lots to fiddle with...
It will only be wrong for three weeks...
DeleteIf I had more time I would learn a bit more about Blogger, but I figured my readership (of whom you are approximately one sixth) wouldn't mind so much if I didn't :).
